I have blonde hair with bleach blonde highlights and underneah in the back I have it dyed a brown color. My eyes are blue/grey and I have fair skin and a pinkish complexion.

This Is how I want it cut and I would like side bangs, I'm just not sure if it will look good. And I would like it dyed like the bottom two pictures with the dark brown around the face and underneath. Would this look good on me?

First of all, you're really cute. Now in regards to that haircut: it all depends on your personality. You have to have a strong, outgoing personality to pull that hairstyle off, otherwise you might seem like you're trying to hard. So, yeah it would look good on you with your face shape, etc but if you are a really shy person then the whole fiestiness of that hairstyle won't work.
