Go to a salon and have it professionally fixed. You might end up ruining more.

I would probably try to dye it back to the color that you want it, it would do it. But I would wait a week or so before doing that. Also you might concider bleaching it, then dying it again. (if platinum is your natural hair color, if not, it might turn a copper color) Definetly wait a week or more if you decide to bleach it before dying it again.

Your toner was too ashen. Try the non- chemical way first. Wash hair with a mixture of baking soda and shampoo. Leave in for several minutes and add heat from blow dryer. Condition well after. If this does not lift out, to to salon for a French shampoo and glaze. It is a softer way to tone hair with a more forgiving semi-perm product.
