lol, yeah, it's good that you want honesty. i'm gonna have to say, yeah, you probably should grow your bangs out because right now you look a little too cutesy. also, maybe grow your hair long. you'll look more your age. your clothes seem good. i don't know if anyone's ever told you this, but you and your sis look like mandy moore!

grow out your bangs or style them differently, um... try to get your hair away from your face, it's pretty :)

grow your hair out longer, consider going blonde, that will probably make you look older and it's a drastic change! i say go for it!

I would...

1) Wear some makeup! Smoky eyes or earthy (sage, gray, etc.) eye shadow would 100 percent improve you're look. It will add some drama to your eyes. Also, a natural looking (no hot pink, fire truck red...)lip stain/ lipstick/ lip gloss will look good. Just make sure your eyes and lips don't compete for attention -- only add strong makeup to one feature.

2) Also, a tan would look great. You seem to look kind of pale-ish. If you have difficulty tanning, use sunless tanner.

3) YES! Let your bangs grow out. But for now, I think you should get your hair layered.

4) Last but NOT least, get some cute accessories. They can totally add some great color and boldness! (Just make it look good -- stick with 1 or 2 max colors in accessories per outfit)

You seem to be a little bit of a tomboy, so you might dress in more feminine clothes. Also, your hair is a bit squared-off, so you might want to style it differently.
