I'm only a little over 15, and I've started getting grey hair, I've tried changing snampoos, and even applying coconut oil, but it hasn't had any effect so far.

this will really help u

get 500g dry amla (not powder) from local pansaari

put about 50g in a n iron container say iron kadahi

and put one glass water leave it overnight next day

move it few times with spoon and again leave it for another night . after two nights use this iron rich amla in ur hair

leave it atleast two hrs or more than wash them

use this trick often it will work

don use cheap shampoo and stay away from chemicals

and try to stay away from pollution or hot sun use hat or cap

You cant stop greying, however by taking good care of ur hair and eating healthy food , u can slow the process.

Do check with a dermatologist regarding a good hair diet.
