Eyeliner help?

I have medium blue-gray eyes, very fair skin and brown hair. I want my eyes to stand out, but since I'm cool, warm colours make me look horrible...so I cannot use brown/copper tones for eyeliner to make my eyes pop.

I'd also like them to look more grey, cooler the better... :/

What should I do??

i won't even try another eyeliner after using this one!

apply the liner on top of your upper lashes and even the part UNDER your upper lashes from corner to corner. also apply the liner on your lower lash line from corner to corner.

also use a black mascara on your upper AND lower lashes (dont comb it through, wiggle the brush back and forth)

use a shimmery, pearly shadow under your brow to make your eyes pop!

PS: brown eye shadow looks great with blue eyes. apply your shadow BEFORE your eyeliner and only apply it half way up your eyelid so you have room for the pearly color under your eye brow.

Go with a grey/silver eyeliner. Chanel makes a waterproof pencil called Steel- I love it!! It's grey/silver and it has just a hint of blue.

try putting some black eyeliner at the top of you eye(thin)...but the pencil kind..and doing a smokey eye....put some bronzer on your cheek bone...not oo mush....and some clear lipgloss.that sould definately make you eyes stand out...

you can try purple, brown, or black eyeliner. those will probably make your eyes pop!

You should use a grey or a silver eyeliner. or you could wear a turqoise or blue eyeliner but that would make your eyes look more blue .

liquid black eyeliner is in right now. All teh magazines are raving about it and point out th cat style to be in. Like Angelina Jolie and Amy Whinehouse.
